Peter Wells Lecture

Named in memory of the festival’s  late founder, writer and activist Peter Wells, the lecture is a provocation centred on our broad theme of QUEEREVOLUTION - challenge and change, empowerment and inspiration on the personal, community and, of course, creative levels.

We have asked our lecturer-provocateur, essa may ranapiri (Ngāti Wehi Wehi, Ngāti Raukawa-ki-te-Tonga, Te Arawa, Ngāti Pūkeko, Ngāti Takatāpui, Clan Gunn) to make it their own and ours.
